Learned there, not looked up
A Dutch and Filipino couple settled in Hong Kong in 1993 and stayed for three decades. The wontons are folded by hand, the fried rice is a street-stall recipe, and the bowls the soup arrives in are the same yellow-rimmed bowls you would get in Sham Shui Po.
